Flashback To Restore Point Fails With ORA-600 [kcvcrv_fb_inc_mismatch] (Doc ID 1672623.1)

Symptoms

Non-Dataguard Database has been successfully flashed back to a restore point, but an open fails with the following error:

Database incarnation does not match that in flashback
database logs. You can workaround this internal error and
restart database by turning flashback off first.


Errors in file /<path>/<sid>_ora_14604.trc:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcvcrv_fb_inc_mismatch], [76], [3206133874], [830874084], [76], [3249047339], [839324205], []

 

Flashback is turned off, but the same error occurs
