Install/Upgrade to BDA 3.0 Kernel Corrupts USB Rescue Boot (Doc ID 1673195.1)

Symptoms

On BDA 3.0 booting a node using any of the USB Rescue mode options fails with 'File Not found error' . This will be an issue in case of OS disk failure and the node needs to be booted using USB Rescue Mode.

 

Changes

Upgrade or new Installation using V3.0 mammoth.
