After an upgrade to an Oracle Server, of a database where it is installed Oracle Locator, the application which is
is using Oracle Locator functions on a table having a spatial index, started raising errors
ORA-13209: internal error while reading SDO_INDEX_METADATA table
ORA-29400: Data cartridge error
ORA-00904: "SDO_NUM_BLKS": invalid identifier
ORA-13236: internal error in R-tree processing: [Failed to execute query (13236) [mdimdLibCacheReadInt]]
