Symptoms

An ORA-600 error is reported when creating a Function-based Index with PARALLEL=n and the degree of parallelism is greater than 1.

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [15803], [15], [0], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

Example:

create unique index TC.T1_IDX1
 on TC.T1 ('1') parallel 8;

ERROR at line 1:
