Symptoms

After upgrading to BDA 2.5.0, with  LZO compression RPMS for 1.2.3 installed, the Oracle Perfect Balance  test fails while running 'mammoth -c' with the following:

14/05/23 13:57:37 WARN balancer.Balancer: A balancing plan will not be used.
ERROR: Oracle Perfect Balance test failed
