Symptoms

1. The following errors are reported in the alert.log:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kdiblLockRange:maxRetryCountExceeded], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
Incident details in: <full path & file name>.trc

2. There may or may not be a current SQL reported in the trace file:

DELETE FROM <table name> WHERE ZONE ='ZONE2'

3. The call stack will resemble:
