Symptoms
Getting ORA-28113 "policy predicate has error" when trying to insert into a table linked via a foreign key to yet another table that has both an OLS (Oracle Label security) policy and a FGA (Fine Grained Auditing) policy.
Please note that without the FGA policy everything works fine.
Inside the trace file you will see the error:
FGA: Query parsing returned with error# 28108
