DCD Not Working with DRCP Connections (Doc ID 1678350.1)

Symptoms

 

If DCD is set in sqlnet.ora (sqlnet.expire_time is greater than 0) and an active DRCP connected client process is killed or disconnected (unexpectedly) the connection pool server process will continue to run and shows an active status. In addition, lsnrctl services reports that the client is still connected (show in the "established" counter).
