ORA-7445 [qksolWriteXML] When Running SQLT (SQLTXPLAIN) To Create A Testcase (Doc ID 1679714.1)

Trying to build a test case with SQLT (SQLTXPLAIN), this fails with error ORA-7445 [qksolWriteXML]

Alert log reports the ORA-7445 like:
