KFED returns "ERROR!!!, failed to get the oracore error message " (Doc ID 1680195.1)

Goal

ISSUE:

kfed read aun=1 returns "ERROR!!!, failed to get the oracore error message " for all disks except the ones having PST

Disk having PST shows:
