STREAMS APPLY Stops with ORA-7445 [__INTEL_NEW_MEMCPY] (Doc ID 1684063.1)

Streams Apply fails and database is reporting the following error(s) in the alert.log:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [__intel_new_memcpy()+2911] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x4846BDF] [Address not mapped to object] []

The trace file may show spillover from Streams Apply:

ObjectName:  Name=select flags, flags2, sequence, destqueue, message
from sys.streams$_apply_spill_msgs_part where sequence >= :1 and sequence <
:2 and txnkey=:3 order by sequence asc

The table causing the error has a LOB column and the LOB may be excessively large. Please see the 'Current SQL Statement' section of the incident trace file for details of the failing SQL.
