Symptoms
After having exported via expdp with parameter source_edition=...
Datapump Import with impdp and target_edition=... raises the following bunch of errors:
Processing object type DATABASE_EXPORT/SCHEMA/TYPE/GRANT/CROSS_SCHEMA/OBJECT_GRANT
ORA-39083: Object type OBJECT_GRANT failed to create with error:
ORA-04042: procedure, function, package, or package body does not exist
