Purpose

 Unix provides a utility called ORAENV (and CORAENV) to allow users to switch
between different database environments.

This note provides a similar utility for OpenVMS.

This helps DBAs who manage different OS environments as each system being
managed will have a similar 'look and feel' as similar commands will be
available on all systems.
