Symptoms

You are trying to setup multiple level propagation. (Q1 -> Q2 -> Q3)

Your purpose is to enqueue the message to queue Q1 which should be propagated to remote queue Q2 via database link.

Then, you want Q2 to propagate this message to another remote queue
via database link Q3

You find following problem in propagation :

Enqueue to Q1 ---> Propagation to Q2 ---> Dequeue from Q2........it works fine
Enqueue to Q2 ---> Propagation to Q3 ---> Dequeue from Q3........it works fine
Enqueue to Q1 ---> Propagation to Q2 ---> Propagation to Q3........it does not work

You do not receive any error in job_queue_process trace files or in the DBA_QUEUE_SCHEDULE view.
