Unable to mount the ACFS FS on one node which fails with below errors

mount: CLSU-00100: Operating System function: mount (/dev/asm/<VOLUME_DEVICE>) failed with error data: 16
mount: CLSU-00101: Operating System error message: Device busy
mount: CLSU-00103: error location: SM_0
mount: ACFS-02110: Unable to mount /dev/asm/<VOLUME_DEVICE> on <MOUNT_POINT>
