On : version, Mobile Server

When attempting to synchronize using automatic Sync
the following error occurs.

CONS-10077: Complete refresh triggered during an automatic sync session

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure a Mobile Application for WIN32 BDB with Automatic SYNC
2. install the mobile client and synchronize
3. Modify a Publication item
