oakcli create database -db <SID>

When creating a database using oakcli it invokes a script generated at "/opt/oracle/oak/onecmd/tmp/dbca-<SID>.sh", where <SID> is the SID of the database being created. When running this script oakcli fails with following errors:

INFO : This is root, will become oracle and run: /bin/su oracle -c /usr/bin/ssh -l oracle idkuoddrn0p01 /opt/oracle/oak/onecmd/tmp/
INFO : Running on the local node: /bin/su oracle -c /opt/oracle/oak/onecmd/tmp/
ERROR : Ran '/bin/su oracle -c "/opt/oracle/oak/onecmd/tmp/"' and it returned code(1) and output is: <<<<<

error at</bin/su oracle -c "/opt/oracle/oak/onecmd/tmp/"> and errnum=<1>
ERROR : /bin/su oracle -c "/opt/oracle/oak/onecmd/tmp/" did not complete successfully. Exit code 1 #Step -1# <<<<<

The error is not clear enough. Check following location for a log with actual error.

The Oracle system identifier(SID) "<SID>" already exists. Specify another SID. <<<<<<<<<<<

A database with same SID was removed from the node using below:

oakcli delete database -db <SID>
