During Oracle Big Data Appliance Upgrade, Mammoth Fails trying to Access MySQL Database as scm User (Doc ID 1903412.1)

Symptoms

During upgrade to Oracle Big Data Appliance(BDA) 2.* or 3.0.* release, Step5 fails with below error

ERROR: Error trying to update Cloudera role names

ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'scm'@'bdanode01.example.com' (using password: YES)ERROR: Cannot continue with install #Step 5#
