Symptoms
ASM instance startup fails with below error in RAC environment.
Exception [type: SIGSEGV, Invalid permissions for mapped object] [ADDR:0x1994] [PC:0x10337F07C, kjbmprlst()+1500] [flags: 0x0, count: 1]
Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/asm/+asm/+ASM1/trace/+ASM1_lmd0_12648502.trc (incident=54801):
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kjbmprlst()+1500] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x1994] [PC:0x10337F07C] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] []
Incident details in: /u01/app/oracle/diag/asm/+asm/+ASM1/incident/incdir_54801/+ASM1_lmd0_12648502_i54801.trc
Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.
