- We can start the new database instance (sbbch1) without any issues.
- When we start the fifth application, ALL databases hang.
- During the hang, we cannot connect to SQLPLUS and issue “select * from v$database” for any database.
- When the fifth application is stopped the hanging stops and all databases can be queried again.
