Symptoms

After upgrading, a specific thinserver process gets stuck in a RWINS state.

RWINS is a thread waiting for access to an inner-mode, whether for AST delivery or system service dispatching or otherwise.

Changes

Upgrade:
   I64 OpenVMS from 8.3-1H1 to 8.4
   Rdb from 7.2.4.2 to 7.3.1
   JAVA from 1.5 to 6.0
