Streams Apply servers consume increasing amounts of PGA memory over time.
The Apply process is using DML Handlers
Heap dumps generated at level 536870913 indicate the largest heap is "koh-kghu call " with the biggest memory contributors associated with
Stopping and restarting the Streams Apply process releases the memory.
The issue was not observed in 10.2.
Upgrade from 10.2 to 11.2
