ORA-00600 [kdsgrp1] Error On Inserting a LOB After Performing a ROLLBACK (Doc ID 1910200.1)

Symptoms

An ORA-00600 [kdsgrp1] error occurs while inserting a CLOB.  The error occurs intermittently, and flushing the buffer cache does not resolve the error.  Also, the table and its indexes have been analyzed without any error being detected, and the CLOB columns checked for corruptions as per <Note:787004.1>, Export Receives The Errors ORA-1555 ORA-22924 ORA-1578 ORA-22922, none errors was reported.
