Symptoms
Trying to execute runInstaller to install 10.2.0.3 on IBM z/OS 1.13 , the following error occurs:
$ ./runInstaller
Starting Oracle Universal Installer...
Checking installer requirements...
Checking operating system version: must be 14.00, 15.00, 16.00, 17.00, 17.01, 18.00, 19.00, 20.00, 21.00, 22.00 Actual 23.00
Failed <<<<
The same error occurs if runInstaller is executed on z/OS 2.1, where the Installer will display the 'Actual' version of z/OS as 24.00.
