Srvctl Status Commands Report CLSU-00100, CLSU-00101 and CLSU-00103 Errors

While the command appears to complete successfully, the following errors are reported when using the command:
$ srvctl status service -d <database>
CLSD: An error occurred while attempting to generate a full name. Logging may not be active for this process
Additional diagnostics: CLSU-00100: Operating System function: sclsdgcwd failed
with error data: 2
CLSU-00101: Operating System error message: No such file or directory
CLSU-00103: error location: sclsdgcwd2
