Symptoms

After adding new tables and altering existing tables an ORA-600 [kwrcprl: rule_set_iot$] was reported by the Capture preparer process in a 11.2.0.2 Downstream Change Data Capture (CDC) database which caused the Capture process to abort.

The stack of the Capture Preparer processes is 

kwrcprl kqrsrd kwrcsrp kwresprune kwrepfb kwreeve kwrevai kwrevac rpiswu2 kwreval1 knlcfrevas knlcfreval knlcfFastEvalWithOptions

The rules associated with the new/altered objects are valid which suggests that the problem is an in-memory issue.
