Symptoms
After adding new tables and altering existing tables an ORA-600 [kwrcprl: rule_set_iot$] was reported by the Capture preparer process in a 11.2.0.2 Downstream Change Data Capture (CDC) database which caused the Capture process to abort.
The stack of the Capture Preparer processes is

The rules associated with the new/altered objects are valid which suggests that the problem is an in-memory issue.
