Symptoms
Get ORA-600 [dbgfps_get_proddef_by_id:1] frequently in trace files, but no information in the alert.log.
The error still exist after recreated ADR according to <Note:1516329.1>, How to re-create the Automatic
Diagnostic Repository (ADR) when it has become corrupt.
