The ctssd daemon running in Solaris Local Zones comes up in active mode and updates the system time, but because the time is managed globally by Solaris Global Zone, changing a time in one Solaris Local Zone affects the time on all Solaris Zones.
As a result, the time must not be set or changed in the Solaris Local Zone.
