ORA-31693: Table Data Object "SYSMAN"."EM_SYSAVAIL_COMP_TARGETS" During EXPDP with FLASHBACK_TIME (Doc ID 1912847.1)

Symptoms

o  EXPDP job on database fails for SYSMAN objects like below:

Connected to: Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options
Starting "SYSTEM"."SYS_EXPORT_FULL_01": system/******** parfile=<PARFILE_NAME>.PAR
ORA-31693: Table data object "SYSMAN"."EM_SYSAVAIL_COMP_TARGETS" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
ORA-02354: error in exporting/importing data
ORA-01466: unable to read data - table definition has changed

If the table "SYSMAN"."EM_SYSAVAIL_COMP_TARGETS" is excluded from the export, it works without any issues.

o  EXPDP command-line should contain PARAMETER "FLASHBACK_TIME", e.g.
