On Oracle Big Data Appliance(BDA), Zookeeper Fails to Start (Doc ID 1914042.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Big Data Appliance(BDA), starting Zookeeper fails with below error in Role log details file

INFO org.apache.zookeeper.server.PrepRequestProcessor
Got user-level KeeperException when processing sessionid:<SESSIONID> type:create cxid:<CXID> zxid:<ZXID> txntype:-1 reqpath:n/a Error Path:/rmstore/ZKRMStateRoot/RMDTSecretManagerRoot/RMDTSequentialNumber Error:KeeperErrorCode = NodeExists for /rmstore/ZKRMStateRoot/RMDTSecretManagerRoot/RMDTSequentialNumber

The log file in /var/log/zookeeper on the first 3 nodes of BDA is not getting updated

And /var/run/cloudera-scm-agent/process/<ID>-zookeeper-server on the first 3 nodes is empty for the failed starts

In the Cloudera Manager(CM) screen where Zookeeper failed to start there is a message about supervisor failed to start since there is a invalid parcel
