Cannot Pass CLOB Over 4000 Bytes To DBMS_DATAPUMP.METADATA_FILTER (Doc ID 1915821.1)

When pass an SQL expression in a CLOB that is over 4000 bytes, the data_pump fails.  Under 4000 bytes, there are no problems.  

                                             handle   => v_handle,
                                             name     => 'NAME_EXPR',
                                             VALUE    => table_list,
                                             object_type => 'TABLE');
