High IO Load in DIA0 Trace Though IO Load Not High (Doc ID 1915870.1)

Symptoms

Exadata Full rack cluster connected to ZFSSA appliance.

DIA0 trace shows the below messages after database upgrade :-

*** 2014-03-18 13:42:31.343
HM: IO load was high but is now below abnormal levels. (0x0) (0)
 

*** 2014-03-18 13:44:02.385
HM: IO load is abnormally high. (0x600) (17)
 

*** 2014-03-18 13:51:07.628
HM: IO load was high but is now below abnormal levels. (0x0) (12)
 

*** 2014-03-18 13:51:37.897
HM: IO load is abnormally high. (0x600) (21)
 

*** 2014-03-18 13:57:11.833
HM: IO load was high but is now below abnormal levels. (0x0) (4)
 

*** 2014-03-18 14:05:32.655
HM: IO load is abnormally high. (0x600) (26)

 

Support Bundle collected referring Note 1019887.1 - Sun Storage 7000 Unified Storage System: How to Collect a Support Bundle using the BUI or CLI.

Support Bundle did not show high IO / disk saturation.

Changes

 Database upgraded from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4.
