Getting ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4450] and/or ORA-04045

The error can occur in many cases, such as:

1. Dring utlip / utlrp phase of one physical copy from 32 bits to 64 bits environment.

2. After upgrad process:

Response received: ERROR-400|ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of 

SYSMAN.MGMT_JOB_PARAM_RECORD 

3. After or during operation that request the recompilation/revalidation of system packages.
