Enterprise Manager (EM) Database Control

Getting the following error while trying to schedule a backup job:

* Validation Error
Examine and correct the following errors, then retry the operation:
Error - Connection to host as user oracle failed.ERROR: NMO not setuid-root (Unix-only)
