Symptoms

After upgrade from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.4 the following error is reported

Enabling an event based job  reports the following error

ORA-00904: "SYS"."SCHEDULER$_QP_206151"."F3": invalid identifier
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_ISCHED", line 4440
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SCHEDULER", line 2803
ORA-06512: at line 2

The package SYS.SCHEDULER$_QP_206151 which is dynamically created by scheduler does not exist in the SYS schema which is the cause of the error.

 

Changes

 Database upgraded from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.4
