After using the makeImageMedia.sh script from the ImageMaker kit (from edelivery) to create a USB bootable disk, the USB will not boot up to begin imaging. The system hangs during boot and displays a "grub>" prompt. This issue affects both storage cell and Linux DB node images. This does not affect ISO-based imaging or PXE-based imaging processes.
This issue is found only with Exadata software versions 126.96.36.199.0 and 188.8.131.52.1.
