The system hangs during boot and displays a "grub>" prompt. This issue affects both storage cell and Linux DB node images. This does not affect ISO-based imaging or PXE-based imaging processes.
This issue is found only with Exadata software versions 12.1.1.1.0 and 12.1.1.1.1.
