Unable Disable Diskgroup Resource On Specific Node ( PRCC-1013 PRCR-1003 ) (Doc ID 1920844.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


You are trying to set the TARGET ( from 'crsctl stat res -t' ) of a diskgroup resource to OFFLINE on specific node(s). This is because you wish not to mount the diskgroup on those specific nodes.

You executed the the following command:

srvctl disable diskgroup -g <dg_name> [-n "<node_list>"]

But it does not change anything. You see the TARGET ONLINE on those nodes.

Restart of the clusterware does not change anything.
