Datapump Transportable Tablespace Import Over Dblink Fails With ORA-01435: user Does Not Exist When dvsys Does Not Exist (Doc ID 1920897.1)

Symptoms

You have pre-created  users on the target.

When you initiate a data pump import session with network_link with transport tablespaces option you receive shortly after session start following error :

ORA-39006: internal error
ORA-39065: unexpected master process exception in DISPATCH
ORA-01435: user does not exist
ORA-39097: Data Pump job encountered unexpected error -1435


This is the content of the parfile

network_link=SOURCE
transport_datafiles=
'/u02/oradata/Test.dbf'
transport_tablespaces=
TEST

You call the following :

impdp \'/ as sysdba\' parfile=import.cmd trace=1FF0300

Which yield :

Import: Release 12.1.0.1.0 - Production on Fri Aug 22 15:06:02 2014
