Symptoms

RMAN backup of archivelogs with 'delete input' fails after backup with:

kgefec: fatal error 0
kgepop: no error frame to pop to for error 603

The archivelogs have been successfully backed up - the error occurs on DELETION.

Case 1: Unusually large number of logs were being processed.

Case 2: A RAC database with 4 instances and archive logs for 'DELETE INPUT' are not too many.

version: 11.2.0.4
In this case there are 4 redo threads, and backup target is tape via Veritas NetBackup for Oracle.
