Symptoms

At 9.2, 10.1 or 10.2, the link edit of a Pro*COBOL application fails with the following error:

IEW2303E 1030 MEMBER SQLSTUB OF THE DATA SET SPECIFIED BY SYSLIB COULD NOT BE FOUND.

Changes

 An upgrade from a version of Oracle prior to 9.2 has taken place.
