ConsolidatorManager Java API from the MDK Create the Empty file err.log (Doc ID 1923491.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3.0.0.0 version, Mobile Development Kit

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
when using the JAVA API from MDK, an file err.log is generated with an empty size

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No err.log generated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a simple java code:
import java.sql.*;
import java.io.*;
import oracle.lite.sync.*;
import oracle.mobile.admin.*;
import oracle.lite.sync.Consolidator;
import oracle.lite.sync.ConsolidatorManager;

public class ERR_LOG {

 public static void main(String argv[]) throws Throwable {

  
  ConsolidatorManager cm = new ConsolidatorManager();

  try {
  cm.openConnection("mobileadmin","oracle","jdbc:oracle:thin:@mobileserver_IP:1521:ORCL");
  } catch (Exception ex) {
  ex.printStackTrace();
  System.out.println("Could not open connection");
  }

try
{

System.out.println("Check if an err.log has been created");

} catch (Exception ex) { ex.printStackTrace(); System.out.println("Err"); }

  cm.closeConnection();

2. Compile and execute it

 Volume in drive C has no label.
