Symptoms

12.1.0.2 Grid Infrastructure rootcrs.pl fails:

<GI_HOME>/crs/install/rootcrs.pl -deconfig -force
Can't locate Env.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 . [<GI_HOME>/install [<GI_HOME>/install/../../perl/lib) at [<GI_HOME>/install/crsinstall.pm line 210.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at [<GI_HOME>/install/crsinstall.pm line 210.
Compilation failed in require at [<GI_HOME>/install/rootcrs.pl line 156.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at [<GI_HOME>/install/rootcrs.pl line 156.
