Purpose
Russia decided on 9 July to re-impliment DST on October 26, 2014 after abolishing DST in 2011. http://en.itar-tass.com/russia/738562.
This document provides instructions to update tzdata rpms on Oracle Big Data Appliance (BDA), which contain a fix for the Russia timezone changes scheduled for October 26, 2014.
