Symptoms

During statistics collection, an error is logged in alert_<sid>.log:

Exception [type: SIGSEGV, Address not mapped to object] [ADDR:0x2AA91F220] [PC:0x10943DDE4, mdexoSplitBkts()+452] [flags: 0x0, count: 1]
Errors in file /ora/u01/oracle/P376/trace/diag/rdbms/p376/P376/trace/P376_ora_11993098.trc  (incident=47073):
ORA-07445: Exception aufgetreten: CORE Dump [mdexoSplitBkts()+452] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x2AA91F220] [PC:0x10943DDE4] [Address not mapped to object] []
