The setup is you have autorefresh cache groups where 1 cache group is used for each base table even though the base tables have parent/child relationship and the same autorefresh interval. With the same autorefresh interval, all the refresh of the cache groups with the same interval will be done as the same transaction. Sometimes, not all the cache groups are refreshed in the same transaction.
