ORA-00068 - Invalid value for Database Initialization Parameter (Doc ID 1928050.1)

Symptoms

Encountering ORA-68 while starting up the database or while changing the initialization parameters. 

ORA-2097: parameter cannot be modified because specified value is invalid
ORA-68: invalid value 6360 for parameter parallel_max_servers, must be between 0 and 3600

Changes

 Change the initialization parameter in the pfile or using alter system commands. This can happen for derived parameters also.
