ORA-600 [KTFTBGETSQLFORMOD_1] WITH DBMS_FLASHBACK.TRANSACTION_BACKOUT (Doc ID 1928524.1)

Symptoms

While rolling back a transaction and its dependent transactions by executing the DBMS_FLASHBACK.TRANSACTION_BACKOUT() procedure in SQL Developer, an error like below is reported:
