Symptoms

Creating a Partitioned Table fails with ORA-600 [3:kkpodInitIntFieldsAfterLoad].

This can be reproduced in versions 11.2.0.3 and 11.2.0.4 with this statement:

CREATE TABLE UNDERLYING
 ("ID" NUMBER(12,0) NOT NULL ENABLE,
  "VALID_TO" TIMESTAMP (6) NOT NULL ENABLE)
  PARTITION BY RANGE ("VALID_TO") INTERVAL (NUMTOYMINTERVAL(1,'YEAR'))
 TRANSITION ("BEFORE2014")
  (PARTITION "BEFORE2014" VALUES LESS THAN (TIMESTAMP' 2013-12-31 23:59:59.999999000'),
   PARTITION "SYS_P18051" VALUES LESS THAN (TIMESTAMP' 2014-06-01 23:59:59')) ;

fails with


  CREATE TABLE UNDERLYING
  *
  ERROR at line 1:
