Exadata: HCC (Hybrid Columnar Compression) Does Not Work On ZFS File System (Doc ID 1929374.1)

Symptoms

ORA-15287: could not set disk group attribute storage.type due to incompatible disks
ORA-15285: disk '/zfssa/zfsdata01/zfsdata01_1' violates disk group attribute storage.type
----- Current SQL Statement for this session (sql_id=8mquqtgspbtcw) -----
alter diskgroup DATA_ZFS set attribute 'storage.type'='zfssa'

It is not possible to run HCC (Hybrid Columnar Compression) on ZFS without this attributes. I'm also receiving:
ORA-64307: Exadata Hybrid Columnar Compression is not supported for tablespaces on this storage type
