ORA-600 [17287] When Opening Pluggable Database or Dropping User in Pluggable Database (Doc ID 1929389.1)

Open of pluggable database fails with ORA-600 [17287] in the alert log like below:

This instance was first to open pluggable database <pdb_name> (container=3)
Database Characterset for <pdb_name> is AL32UTF8
Errors in file <diagnostic_dest>/diag/rdbms/<dbname>/<instname>/trace/<instname>_ora_8943.trc  (incident=10257) (PDBNAME=<pdb_name>):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17287], [0x7F5191BC68E8], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

The current sql form the trace shows the issue is related to dropping a user:

Current SQL Statement:

The object "SYS"."OJDS_CONTEXT" is also found to be invalid:



The default tablespace USERS has been dropped/replaceD for a bigfile tablespace.
